Overview: Orthodox Biz is a site for Orthodox Christian businesses and ministries to advertise. It also provides Web 2.0 eServices for Orthodox business professionals.

Technical Details: This is a Joomla 1.0.12 site with all the basic Joomla capabilities plus:

• Business Directory - Members can list in a business directory that allows each listing to be in 5 categories.
• Membership Managment - Orthodox Biz is an advertising supported site. Advertising and publication rights on the site are arranged through the sale of memberships. Membership costs range from $5.00 per month to $15.00 per month. A membership management component was added to the site to allow membership purchases.
• File Storage and Download - Members can upload and store files for distribution to either other members or the public.
• eNewsletter - Members can manage their own newsletter lists.
• Podcasts - Members can broadcast their own Podcasts through the site.
• Multi-media Files - The site can display multi-media files.
• Classified Ads - Members can list classified ads for sale of goods and services.
